our story

Amy Frazier, our Founder and CEO, has dedicated her life to leading worship and inspiring others through her unwavering passion for Christ. With years of experience as a worship leader, she is deeply committed to bringing people of all ages, races, and backgrounds together in unity to worship ONE—Jesus Christ.

how we started

What began as a young college student’s dream has grown into a powerful nonprofit movement. Years ago, during her college days, God gave Amy a vision of a worship event in a stadium filled with thousands of people lifting their voices to the Lord. Through prayer, she felt God pressing on her heart that she would not only lead worship but also organize these transformative events. Two decades later, that vision became a reality, and God confirmed the calling, birthing what is now known as CNOW.

becoming cnow

The very first CNOW event began as a "City-Wide Night of Worship" at a local church in Oklahoma City—a simple yet heartfelt gathering organized by Amy and her friends. What started as a single evening of worship quickly grew into something much greater. Inspired by the success of that night, another event was planned the following year, and soon the acronym CNOW—City Night of Worship—was born. The vision expanded to include a worship band comprised of worship leaders and musicians from various denominations across Oklahoma City, uniting in worship as one body.

These gatherings were profoundly powerful and undeniably anointed, leaving no doubt that God was orchestrating something extraordinary. Later, God confirmed this ministry's purpose through His Word in the book of Nehemiah, revealing the blueprints for CNOW and paving the way for it to become an official nonprofit organization.

what we do now

CNOW, INC. goes beyond hosting worship nights in cities across the country—it’s also a resource hub for worship leaders, offering ministry tools designed to empower and support their calling. With a passion for helping ministry leaders thrive, CNOW provides resources and accountability to ensure they succeed. All these tools are accessible for free on the CNOW Ministry App, available to worshippers worldwide. Each resource is thoughtfully crafted by worship leaders from Oklahoma City and beyond, partnering with CNOW to equip and inspire their fellow leaders in ministry.
